Section 4100 - Common Interest Development

“Common interest development” means any of the following:

(a) A community apartment project.

(b) A condominium project.

(d) A stock cooperative.

(c) A certificate consenting to the recordation of the condominium plan pursuant to this act that is signed and acknowledged as provided in Section 4290 .
